We don’t sell wedding videos… We sell Memories!
Memories… Not Wedding Videos!
I know what you are thinking, you are a wedding videography company, so of course you are selling wedding videos. Yes the end product you receive is a wedding video/film but the reason you have come to us is not to get a video, it is to remember the best moments of your life, primarily this is weddings, but it can be other areas as well. We also offer you a unique experience. You aren’t hiring a vendor, you are making a friend. We want to know you and part of that is connecting through Facebook. The more we can know you and you know us, the more comfortable you will feel when we are there filming you. It will also allow us to create a better film for you and better capture your memories.
Can you put a price on your memories?
Or a better way to say it is can you afford to trust your memories to the lowest bidder? You wouldn’t pick a doctor because they are the cheapest, nor would you want a lawyer that is the cheapest and the same goes for recording your memories. You want to hire someone that cares about you and wants to make your day go as smooth as possible. Someone who will do everything in their power to work with each and every vendor to ensure we all get what we need/want and not get in each others way or adversely affect each other. You want someone that knows the normal flow of weddings and even more important is someone that can anticipate when something is going to happen and can adjust quickly to capture the moment. That is why we encourage you to view the completed product before booking a videographer, photogapher, etc, so you know that they do the style of film or photos that you want you want to meet with them in person, if possible, before the wedding day to ensure that you feel comfortable with them. Put value on your memories and consider both your photos and wedding video/film an investment that will provide you with a lifetime of memories.
One final thought…
Another reason why recording your memories is so you can remember loved ones once they have passed away. It is inevitable that after your wedding, the older parts of your family and sadly sometimes the not so old members will pass away. Photos and video are the only way to remember them and with video, your get to see them and hear them again. What a blessing that is. My grandfather passed away15 years ago this May and he loved to sing. He recorded several of the songs he sang on a cassette tape. I took that cassette and made it into a CD and it is a great way to hear his voice again. My grandmother lived for 13 years after he passed and listened to that CD almost everyday to keep him there. Imagine how much more it could have been with a video. Capture moment throughout your life and if your grandparents are willing, capture them on video telling their story. Not everything has to be done by a professional, but definitely hire a professional for the important moments of life.
