Basic Package:   $600*

• Attend rehearsal for planning purpose. (No Filming)
• 1 camera coverage.
• Up to 3 hours (or 2 60 minute tapes) - Ceremony/Reception
• Wireless and shotgun microphones
• 4 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.

Standard Package:   $1200*

• Attend rehearsal for planning purpose. (No Filming)
• 2 camera coverage.
• Up to 4 hours (or 2 60 minute tapes) per camera- Ceremony/Reception
• Wireless and shotgun microphones
• 5 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.

Deluxe Package:   $1500*    ***BEST VALUE***

• Attend rehearsal for planning purpose. (No Filming)
• 2 camera coverage.
• Up to 6 hours (or 3 60 minute tapes) per camera - Pre-Ceremony/Ceremony/Reception
• Wireless and shotgun microphones
• 6 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.
• Photo Montage (up to 30 pictures)

Supreme Package:   $2200*

• Attend rehearsal for planning purpose. (No Filming)
• 3 camera coverage.
• Up to 6 hours (or 3 60 minute tapes) per camera - Pre-Ceremony/Ceremony/Reception
• Wireless and shotgun microphones
• 7 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.
• Photo montage (up to 30 pictures)
• Highlight video (up to 20 minutes)

Ultimate Package:   $2900*

• Attend rehearsal for planning purpose. (No Filming)
• Rehearsal dinner coverage (1 camera, 2 hours or 1 60 minute tape)
• Love Story (up to 2 locations, filmed prior to wedding day)
• 3 camera wedding day coverage.
• Up to 6 hours (or 4 60 minute tapes) - per camera Pre-Ceremony/Ceremony/Reception
• Wireless and shotgun microphones
• 10 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.
• Photo montage (up to 48 pictures)
• Highlight video (up to 20 minutes)

Additional Services:

• Additional camera per hour - $200
• Love story video (2 locations) - $500
• Additional love story locations - $150 ea.
• DVD audio commentary - ceremony only - $250
• Highlight videos (per 20 minutes) - $200
• Photo montage (per 30 pictures) - $150
• Additional DVD copies in deluxe cases - $20
• Visual Vows - $30
• Digitize slides for video montage - $0.50 ea.
• Scan pictures (no touch up work) - $0.50 ea.
• Love story video giveaways - $3.50-$5 ea, depending on qty ordered.
• VHS copies - $35
• Master tapes** - $100 ea.
• Duplication rights to DVD** - $100
• Additional deluxe cases with purchase of duplication rights - $12.50 ea.
• Generic video editing/capturing - $85 per hour

*If the ceremony and reception are held at different locations or the one way travel is more than 40 miles, additional travel expenses will be added to the total.  The current IRS Mileage Rates will apply (2007 was 48.5 cents per mile). If plane travel is required then actual travel costs and additional insurance fees will also be assessed and due at the contract signing.  If there is an admission/parking fee, this will also be due at contract signing.

**Visually Remember Productions still retains the rights to utilize the footage/final product for any purpose it deems appropriate.  This fee gives you the following:  

For Master Tapes: This gives you the ability to have the raw footage that you can then have either us or another company edit into a future project.
For DVD Duplication Rights: This gives you the permission to make your own copies of the Final DVD and distribute it.  The deluxe cases are not included.
