Your wedding is a very special event that is unique to you and just as you don't want the same wedding as the next person, we don't want you to pick a pre-set package that we have created. The more information you provide us about your day will allow us to work with you to determine the coverage that best fits your needs and your budget. Below are some examples of common services that you could pick to create a package. Exact pricing cannot be given until we have the details of your wedding, as there are many factors that can influence the prices, one way or the other.

As you look at the options below, we realize you may not have all the details of your day planned out completely, thus you may not have an idea on what coverage you may need or want.  We also realize this is probably the first time you have gotten married and had to plan a wedding.  When you call us, we will verify that we are available on your wedding date, then we would like to meet with you to discuss the details as you know them now.  You have the option of signing a "Save the Date" contract which consists of a $350 non-refundable deposit to reserve the date.  Once you get more of the day planned, we will get together again to determine the services that will best cover your day. The $350 will be applied towards the contract for the services you have chosen.  By signing the "Save the Date" contract, you secure our services for your day, you lock in any special pricing that we are offering at the time and you can finalize the rest of the important details before you commit to a certain level of video coverage.

  • 1 manned camera coverage, selective coverage
  • Selective Coverage
  • Edited into highlight video of the pre-ceremony activities with a combination of recorded audio and music.
• Ceremony Coverage:
  • 3 camera coverage (2 manned/1 unmanned)
  • Groom & officiant wear wireless microphones.
  • Shotgun microphones and digital audio recorders used as necessary.
  • Edited into a long form documentary that shows the entire ceremony.
• Reception Coverage:
  • 2 camera coverage (both manned)
  • Audio coverage as needed (Speeches/toasts, introductions, first dance music, etc).
  • Edited into a documentary style highlight video that features all the main areas of the reception along with some general footage.  Recorded audio and music will be used.
• Highlight Video - The entire day edited into a highlight video that runs no longer than 10 minutes and is set to music. 
• Photo Montage - You supply the pictures from the photographer and we will put together a montage set to music of up to 75 pictures.
• Total Attendance: 8 hours
• 7 Copies of the DVD in deluxe cases.
  • up to 3 standard DVDs to play in your DVD player per copy.
  • 1 data DVD that includes the content of the above DVDs in .mp4 format to play on your iPod or similar device.

Selective Coverage - Getting all the major moments that happen as well as some general footage. Your pre/post-ceremony and reception coverage will be filmed using selective coverage.
Continuous Coverage - The camera(s) record non-stop. Your ceremony will be filmed using this coverage type.
