Description of Services

Up to x hours (or x 60 minute tapes) - Ceremony/Reception - This entails continuous coverage of the ceremony and selective coverage of the reception/photo shoot. Selective coverage is getting all the major moments of the receptions and some shots of the crowd, dancing, etc. Total coverage is up to the number of hours selected or the number of 60 minute tapes used, whichever comes first. This is on a per camera basis.
NOTE: It is your responsibility to get your officiant's approval to film during the ceremony. The more flexible they are, the better the footage that we will be able to capture.
Up to x hours (or x 60 minute tapes) - Pre-Ceremony/Ceremony/Reception - This entails continuous coverage of the ceremony and selective coverage of the reception/photo shoot and pre-ceremony. Selective coverage is getting all the major moments of the receptions and some shots of the crowd, dancing, etc. For the pre-ceremony coverage, this is up to you on what you would like captured. Total coverage is up to the number of hours selected or the number of 60 minute tapes used, whichever comes first. This is on a per camera basis.

Rehearsal Dinner Coverage - This option includes the filming of the rehearsal dinner. This will include up to 2 hours of coverage or 1 60 minute tape and will capture all the events of the evening and time permitting some interviews with those in attendance at the rehearsal dinner, if desired.
Visual Vows - This is an 8 x 10 photo of your choice (providing you own the rights to the photo) with your names, wedding date and vows on it. We suggest using a picture from your honeymoon as the backdrop. Additional prints can be ordered for $15 each.
Photo Montages set to music - For this option we will take the number of images that you have provided electronically and set them to music for you to play at your reception and/or to have on your DVD. We can capture the images from slides or prints for you, for a small fee. The price is for each 30 images. We don't recommend any one montage to contain more than 60 images.
DVD Copies - This option is for each copy of the DVD, in the high quality case that contains up to two discs. If more discs are needed, then an additional $5.00 per copy will be added.
VHS Copies - This option is not available as part of a package, but can be purchased separately. It is more expensive than DVDs because it is a real time transfer from the DVD to the VHS tape. Footage will be limited to whatever can fit on a 2 hour VHS tape in the highest quality mode. We discourage VHS copies because DVDs are much easier to navigate and are higher quality.
Additional Camera per hour - This is for the time when you need a little bit more coverage than is provided in the package.
Master Tapes - We retain the Master tapes and will store them for you, for a period of 10 years, when they will be erased. You can purchase them at any time at the fee structure that is in place at the time of the order. The masters are useful in the event that you would like to see all the footage that was shot or you would like to get them edited again later and we are not able to do it for you. Currently we only shoot on miniDV tapes, so you would need a camera that can play them, in order to view the tapes.
DVD Audio Commentary - This option is only included in the higher end packages but would make a great addition to any package. What a better way to remember your big day than to hear you and your spouse talk about what you were feeling at the time. This will be done once the ceremony portion of your DVD is finished and we can get together to get it recorded.
Duplication Rights to DVD - Purchasing this option will allow you to make unlimited copies of the DVD to distribute to parents, friends, etc. The only stipulation is that a copyrighted music license is required for every 25 copies made. Copying the DVD without this option is prohibited. You can purchase extra DVD cases for $12.50 ea.
Highlight Videos - This option gives you up to 20 minutes of the highlights of the event. This does not include honeymoon highlights, as that will be billed at the Generic Video Editing/Capturing rate.
Generic Video Editing/Capturing - This fee is for any video editing, whether footage from your honeymoon, a year in your child's life or whatever. It is billed on the actual editing/capturing time used.
Digitize Slides or Scanning photos for Video Montage - This option is for taking a slide and converting it to a digital picture using a digital camera with adaptor. The quality of these pictures may only be suitable for video or small prints, but they will be provided to you on DVD or CD.
Love Story Video - This is a video that is filmed prior to the wedding date where the bride and groom talk about how they met, etc. This includes shooting at two locations. Additional locations available for a fee. This video is a great give away at the reception.
